Poly Foam Rolls
Protecting delicate items from scratches, moisture and static is the job of poly foam rolls. Air foam rolls provide light cushioning, shock absorption and surface protection and are also moisture resistant. Filled with thousands of cushioning air cells that are non-abrasive and light-weight this high-cling, low slip material holds securely in place. Poly foam rolls come in different foam thicknesses- the thicker the foam, the more cushioning it provides. The thicknesses range from 1/32" to 1/4" and have varying roll widths from 6" to 72". The smaller the roll width, then the more rolls per bundle. The rolls can be custom slit and/or perforated to meet your own needs and to make bundling your package that much easier. Our latest favorite is what we call UPSable air foam rolls…these rolls are cut at a lengths that fit within the UPS package guidelines allowing them to be shipped via UPS. A great size to keep around the house or garage…even your warehouse if extra storage space is an issue. If the poly foam rolls are too big for your needs then consider air foam dispenser packs that are portable and light-weight. The air foam is perforated at 12" so it's easy to tear off individual sheets. You can also find poly foam in sheets…perfect for layering between plates, etc. and even in foam pouches. Three sides are sealed to form neat little bag for your items. For sensitive electronic components static free packing foam has been developed…this product protects against static discharge that could destroy your electronic components. An absolute must for shipping sensitive electronic parts. So when it comes to protecting your most precious or sensitive items poly foam is a very versatile material available in many different forms and sizes.
