Packaging Material
Packaging Material, you know…the stuff you need to cushion and protect your products during shipping. You may hear this referred to as Innerpack. Yes, I know we in the business have all kinds of interesting terms for our products. Some of the better ones, like bubble wrap, have even become common household names.
Packing up a box and shipping it seems simple enough. Have you ever stuffed a box full of newspaper or tissue paper to protect the contents? We all have at one time or another; however this may not be the best move. Newspaper or tissue can be compressed and therefore they lose their effectiveness as cushioning…sometimes bubble wrap or foam is the way to go.
Foam Rolls or Bubble Wrap are a great way to protect your contents directly. However, you may find that you still need to fill the void in the box to make sure your items don't shift during shipping…for this a great choice is always Styrofoam Peanuts or Newsprint!
A well packaged product presents a professional finished look that demonstrates to your customer the kind of care and attention they can expect from your company.
Take a look below at each of these Packaging Materials as we point out their important features, common uses and some helpful hints to help get your products delivered undamaged.
