Duct Tape and its many uses!

Duct Tape

You've undoubtedly seen and used duct tape everywhere...it really is the "jack-of-all-trades" when considering tape.

Since it bonds to any surface it is unbelievably versatile. Whether you're trying to seal a carton or trying to repair a broken headlight...look to this tape for your needs.

Industrial cloth duct tape features strong poly coated cloth with a strong adhesive. It is moisture resistant…which is great since you know that broken headlight is going to be caught in the rain one day.

This tape can be used for bundling, sealing, holding, or any general repairs. It's a great tape to have on hand in your warehouse or home.

Rolls per Case
This tape is usually sold in cases as follows:

TapeRolls/Case

3"15
Certain Colors3

The amount of tape per roll is generally 60 yds.

Application Method
This tape is applied as easily as it gets...you use your hands…no dispenser required!

Temperature ranges
Not an issue with this tape.

Available Colors and Thickness
Duct tape usually comes in silver and black, but there are other colors available…red, white and orange, to name a few.

You can typically buy the colored variety in case quantities of 3rls/cs or 24rls/cs…which can come in handy if you only need a few rolls. However, not all of the colors are available in the smaller case quantity.

When it comes to tape strength the thicker the tape the stronger the tape. Tape thickness is measured in mils…the higher the mil measurement the stronger the tape.

Buyer Beware
When comparing the cost of tape make sure to compare apples to apples.
Look at the:

• yards/rl
• rolls/cs
• thickness (mils)
