Bubble Wrap
Bubble wrap is one of the most versatile cushioning and void-fill choices available on the market today. You'll see it inside envelopes, mailers and even made into bags. With so many different applications this product is a must in any warehouse, shipping department or even around the house. Who would have thought that air could be so useful? Bubble wrap is made in one of three air bubble sizes; 3/16" for small items and light cushioning, 5/16" for medium sized items and general purpose cushioning, and 1/2" for large items and void-fill. It is also available cross perforated every 12" so it is easier to tear off or can be slit or perforated to your exact specifications.
Bubble wrap is made in large 48" rolls and then cut down to 12"; 16" or 24" rolls and is also available in convenient dispenser packs. Dispenser Packs are a great option for low volume packaging, workstation use or even around the house!Our latest favorite is what we call UPSable bubble wrap…these rolls are cut at a length that fits within the UPS package guidelines allowing us to ship them to you via UPS. They are perfect for when you need a little more than a dispenser pack but not quite full rolls. If you’re in the business of shipping electronic components, then anti-static bubble wrap is for you. It provides both cushioning and static protection. Specifically made to protect against shock, abrasion and vibration...nothing cushions like a blanket of air! We've seen this product used for packaging pretty much everything. However, it does have its limitations so always use common sense when packaging with this product. Also, keep in mind that it does have a shelf life…temperature changes from hot to cold, as well as, humidity will affect its shelf life.
